Yes, if you cancel before 4pm on Friday 7 February you will receive a refund minus an admin charge of £25 per ticket cancelled.  If you cancel after 4pm on 7 February you will not receive a refund but you can transfer your ticket to a colleague (see below).  Please email info@namss.ac.uk if you can no longer attend the conference.
