Winner of the NAMSS Award for Newcomer of the Year in 2026, Catherine Hirst, from Barnsley College will host this interesting and inspiring session to explain how she transformed the delivery and impact of the College’s Industry Weeks programme within a year of starting in her role as Talent United & Enterprise Coordinator. She will talk through how she used her creativity and fresh approach to nearly double the number of Industry Week sessions available for students!
