We exist to create a world that makes space for stammering. Where a stammer is embraced as just a difference. Where no-one judges us on our stammer or the way we choose to deal with it. It's simply how some of us talk.

Spectacularts (Monday only)

Our aim is to have the international day of remembrance for International Day of Remembrance of the Victims of Slavery and the Transatlantic Slave Trade 25th March 2007:

United Nations and International Observance designated in 2007 to be marked on 25 March every year. The day honours and remembers those who suffered and died as a consequence of what has been called "the worst violation of human rights in history” in which over 400 years more than 15 million men, women and children were the victims.

Spectacularts will be planning the most ambitious dance concert that will uplift us to remember and honour those that lost their lives, identity and we are still feeling these effects today. Many of the professional dancers have already committed to this event.

This show will be an amazing show of live dance, live musician’s, the use of digital images to help explain and show the journey of slavery. The twist will also come in a way we tell the story to uplift and show the unity between people that tried to stop slavery or help people to escape the horrors of slavery. We need people to come away from the show asking questions and to see how all those years ago we are still suffering from this and maybe this show will help people to understand or at least to start a conversation.
