What room/hotel do I get when booking a ticket with accommodation?
You will stay in the actual conference venue hotel – Hilton, Liverpool City Centre. Rooms are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. The room included in the ticket price is a standard double.
Can I book a twin room to reduce accommodation costs?
Yes, you can. Please see our booking site for the appropriate ticket option.
What board basis do I get when booking a ticket with accommodation?
Your Ticket includes ‘Bed & Breakfast’ accommodation. If you wish to join us at the Gala Dinner which includes a 3-course meal and live entertainment, as well as our NAMSS Awards, on Monday please select the appropriate ticket option.
Will food and refreshments be provided during the Conference?
NAMSS will provide lunch and refreshments over the 2 day event. If you book accommodation that will include your breakfast. If your ticket includes the Gala Dinner that’s your evening meal on Monday covered as well as a great night to socialise with colleagues and friends, watch the NAMSS Awards being announced, capture the moment in the photobooth and dance to the live band. There will be complimentary pre dinner drinks and wine on each table.
Is it possible to extend my stay / book for longer than just Sunday and/or Monday night?

Can I cancel my Conference ticket / accommodation?
Yes! Please email nicola.hood@namss.ac.uk. If you cancel before 13 February you receive a refund minus an admin charge of £25 per ticket cancelled. If you cancel after 13 February you will not receive a refund but you can transfer your ticket to a colleague (see below)
Can I transfer my Conference ticket to a colleague?
Yes! Please email nicola.hood@namss.ac.uk with the name and contact details of the colleague taking your ticket. Please include any changes to the masterclasses/workshops they would like to attend (we will update these where possible).
Can I attend the NAMSS Annual General Meeting with a Conference Ticket?
Yes, if you are a named member of NAMSS. AGM Papers will be emailed to you in advance of the Conference.
How do I book and pay for Conference Tickets?
You will need to use our booking site - https://bookwhen.com/namssuk All tickets must be booked and paid for online at the time of booking therefore to secure your tickets you will need a payment card and the delegates contact details and their masterclass and workshop choices.
Can I get an Early Bird Discount?
We are not offering an Early Bird Discount for 2023.
