| Synopsis: | This workshop will provide an update on the involvement of Student Services managers in the new inspection process. It will focus on best practice identified in the successful colleges, including tips on planning and preparing for inspection. Delegates will have the opportunity to share their experiences of Annual Assessment Visits and full inspections. The workshop will be led by Janet Catt who is an associate inspector and also an experienced Student Services Manager.
