Synopsis:	This workshop will look at how City College Brighton and Hove have succeeded in meeting the challenges of focusing their learner support funds in-line with LSC priority groups while maintaining a streamlined administrative system which can be operated by minimal staffing. The workshop will be led by Jim Busher, Student Services Manager at City College who has worked with Learner Support Funds for over 8 years at a number of FE Colleges. The workshop will begin with a presentation on the City College model with a discussion to follow. Delegates are encouraged to bring with them any materials they use to support LSF to facilitate the sharing of good working practises. Please note that this session is a development of the one given last year at National Conference in Watford.
