National Careers Service – A Quality Service

April 2012 will see the launch of the new National Careers Service for England.  There will be single points of access to online and helpline services, and a network of organisations providing free face to face guidance to priority groups. The service is at the heart of the skills policy and therefore requires these services to be delivered through quality assured processes, with a focus on outcomes of clients and the competence of staff delivering the service.
